At NutriPium™, we want you to feel fully confident with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

NutriPium offers an extended 30-day return window beyond your statutory rights.

30-Day Return Window

You may return unopened, sealed, and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • The factory seal must be intact (unopened)
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • Original order number must be provided

To initiate a return: Email us at info@nutripium.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and address.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened or unsealed supplement products. This is permitted under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 "sealed for health protection" exception.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@nutripium.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage.

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping costs at no additional cost to you.

For quality issues discovered later (e.g., contamination, defects), your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are protected for up to 6 months from delivery. Please contact us with details.

Refund Process

  • We'll notify you by email within 3 business days of receiving your return
  • If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt (usually 5–7 business days)
  • Refunds are made in the original currency of purchase

Return Shipping

Standard returns (change of mind):

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original outbound standard shipping is refunded as required by UK Consumer Contracts Regulations
  • We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in return transit

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

  • NutriPium covers all return shipping costs
  • Full refund includes original shipping fees paid

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order and return the original item (if eligible per the conditions above).

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are eligible for refund under the same terms as one-time purchases. See our Subscription Cancellation Policy for separate cancellation rights.
