Orders over £25 — FREE tracked 48-hour delivery
Orders under £25 — £3.95 tracked 48-hour delivery

🌐 International Shipping Rates

International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. You'll see the exact cost before completing payment — no surprises.

⏱️ Processing Time

Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a weekday are usually processed the same day. Weekends and UK public holidays are processed the next business day.

All orders are tracked. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is dispatched.

📍 Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within:

  • 10 business days (UK)
  • 20 business days (Europe)
  • 25 business days (USA, Canada, GCC, Australia)

🔁 Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Parcels returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur a re-shipping fee.
